It was an evening that Baroda cricketers and administrators will remember for a long time to come. Former and current international cricketers, Ranji players and office-bearers gathered at a grand event that was organized on Sunday evening to celebrate Baroda Cricket Association's (BCA) 75th year. And, there couldn't have been a better venue than the historic Motibaug Ground that shaped careers of almost every cricketer the city has produced in last seven decades.
It was a momentous occasion for everyone associated with BCA as all the former and current Baroda players came together on one stage - something which never happened before.
To honor the players, BCA management handed over Rs 1 lakh each to Vinay Dongre, Virbhadrasinh Rathod and Rakesh Vaja -2nd Deaf Cricket World Cup Winner.
