Mook Badhir Mandal customarily celebrated the World Deaf Day on 26th September 2013. It comprised of a rally and an entire day event at the Prof. C.C Mehta Auditorium, M.S University of Baroda. Team of Deaf members had prepared a feature film, which was showcased on this day. Participants enjoyed the entire event while they gained insight about the problems and opportunities of Deaf education, learned new aspects of sign language, enjoyed the theatrical performances and shared encouraging thoughts taking further education & creativity in Deaf culture.
