Women’s Day is celebrated every year with a rally and one day program especially for the females. Deaf females feel that they are being tortures, harassed, ignored by the family and the society because of their deafness. Actually such difficulties are also faced by the hearing females in one or the other way. Thus a program is arranged for deaf females to make them aware about the problems and their solutions. There by their confidence gets increased, they start working, take part in other competitions and their skills are increase. All this happens with the help of the presentations shown to them, through the acts and open platform for the discussions.
