World Deaf Day was celebrated on 3rd October, 2004 and the guest for these event was Zamir Dhale who is deaf-blind, presented and shared about his life and he is very talented as well.
Virbhadrasinh Rathod and Rajesh Ketkar learned about World Federation of Deaf in Spain and for the same they delivered the lecture.
