Mr. Rajesh Ketkar delivered a lecture on “Mobile & Website-based Indian Sign Language Dictionary” which helps deaf person to understand exact meaning of different words. 1) In mobile it’s available so, it is easy and comfortable as we can use it anywhere and anytime. 2) It has one function which helps to make proper sentence by using verbs, nouns and adjectives. When a message flashes on mobile screen, deaf person understands half of the message only. By using mobile dictionary it will be easy for them to understand and reply back. Now in this case, they will learn new words with sign thereby, vocabulary will increase.
